We do not set prices. The firm you are introduced to will quote based on what they see. The ranges below are planning only, drawn from typical UK public guides — local quotes vary.

Small loads

Few items or a single room: often from under £100–£250.

Partial jobs

Garage, loft or part of a property: commonly low hundreds.

Fuller houses

Typical 2–3 bed clearances: often £300–£1,000+, depending on volume, stairs and disposal.

Larger properties

Heavily filled or larger homes sit higher than the ranges above.
