Who we are

Yarmouth Clearance is operated by Operator Ltd. We provide an introduction service only.

What we do

We pass your request to one local firm. We do not perform clearances, removals or waste carriage. We do not employ the people who attend the property.

Quotes and contracts

Any quote, contract and payment are between you and the firm. We are not a party to that contract.

Waste and licensing

If waste is taken away for payment, the firm should be appropriately registered. We check registration as part of our selection for disposal jobs. We do not give legal advice and we do not accept liability for the firm’s compliance.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the firm’s work, delays, damage or disposal practices. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
